Bitsat is conducted by the best private engineering college of India. So you can well imagine the toughness of the exam. Though it is not as hard as Jee, still it is one of the toughest engineering exam to clear. If you don't get marks above 250, then you'll not get the main campus. So prepare yourself accordingly.

First and formfore thing is time management during exam. The no. of questions are huge and the time is less. So, do the questions you know first.

For studying, if you have prepared for JEE, then its enough because the syllabus is more or less same in every engineering entrance exam.
