For NEET preparation after Class 12, start with NCERT Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as they form the exam's foundation. For Biology, refer to Trueman's Biology and MTG Objective NCERT at Your Fingertips. For Chemistry, use Modern's ABC Chemistry, OP Tandon, and MS Chouhan for Organic Chemistry. For Physics, Concepts of Physics by HC Verma, DC Pandey, and Errorless Physics are helpful. Solve previous years' question papers, take mock tests, and use NTA's official NEET sample papers. Consistent practice, concept clarity, and regular revision will boost your chances of success in NEET.

Thank you
The Best go to book is NCERT, read everything in that Biology text including the tables and the text below images, Practice all back excercises in Physics text, and Read the Chemistry text well enough to know the exceptions and examples. Other than that, i personally liked Arihant textbooks, helps clarify the concepts while providing sufficient MCQs. I was a student at Brilliant Pala, so i had also solved there Mock exams. So I'd suggest solving Mock exams by Brilliant or Aakash as many as possible
