A GST Practitioner is a kind of consultant who provides services to other tax payers through online mode. A GST Practitioner must registered on GSTN portal and must have gained a certificate by going through an application procedure before you start your practice. This exam is conducted by NACIN- National Academy of Customs Indirect Taxes and Narcotics. As a person enrolled as GSTP is required to pass this examination within 2 years of limit. The exam is conducted by twice a year as per the schedule given by NACIN.
GST exam syllabus contains the GST LAW AND PROCEDURES (no negative marks). The time alloted to complete the exam is 2 hour 30 min minutes. There will be 100 multiple choice questions in English and Hindi languages. The maximum marks are 200 out of which you have to qualify 100marks.
