hi, I will suggest you to fisrt refer to the NCERT books for basics because most of the questions comes from NCERT books. Make sure you also refer to the previous years question papers to get an idea of the exam and question pattern and MCQ type of questions that comes in the exam. After this, you can opt for the following books -

For the organic you can prefer O.P. Tandon and for the inorganic chemistry you can prefer J.D. Lee.
