As Narayan Medical college is a private college, the cut off for the unreserved or general category ranges between 701 to 134 this year. Therefore, you have good chance of getting in. However, as you'll be applying for all India quota since you're from other state there are only 15% of the total available seats, so chances might turn out to be a little faint.and the fees as per their recent updates will be 12.5 lakhs per year. And for you to be eligible for State Counselling, you need to hold domicile of that particular State. You have clearly mentioned that you are from another State which means you cannot participate in Bihar State Counselling. For you to apply for this college ir for that matter any Private Medical College of any other State than yours, it is only through Management Quota. And tjeir fees us nothing less than 40 lakhs.
