What are the chances of making to a reputed college of DU with 89.5% in best four subjects in science stream??

Hey!
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to secure admission in reputed campus colleges of University of Delhi with 89.5%. This is because the cut offs are usually not below 90%, and not below 95% in the reputed colleges.
I think you are doing some error in your calculation. According to bulletin of information by DU, in most of the B.Sc. courses, the percentage aggregate of physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology/biotech/CS etc. is considered for evaluation and admission.

You might grab a seat for yourself by the third or fourth cutoff in some good college. Don't worry.

You can expect the cutoffs to fall by 1-2% in the next cutoff. So check the present 1st cutoff so you will get a fair assumption about the Colleges you hv chance to get through.
