Sorry to say but there is very less chance that you can get MNNIT civil at 16500 rank. Last year closing cutoff of civil engg.  was 15607.

But you can get chemical engg there(closing rank-18010).

The chances of getting civil engineering at MNNIT Allahabad with your rank are slim because the closing rank was 15599 in 2018 for other state general students.

And for 2017 the closing rank for general student of other state student for civil branch is 15607.
