You can get the syllabus from the article:- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-syllabus
you can get it also from the NTA site. Mostly whole 11th and 12th NCERT content is included in the syllabus.
Hardly there might be some chapter which is not included.

JEE mains complete syllabus is there in its official website please check the syllabus. And when talking about JEE mains basically it has covered almost every chapter and thus even biomolecules etc. So I suggest you to atleast go through each chapter as sometimes they ask just formula based questions which can be answered if you even seen the formulas.
