What are the colleges/institutes which are actually accepting BA or BSc students with 3 year graduation degree under them for their Mdes Programme under CEED?

Under CEED Institute which offered M.des to the candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Design/ Interior Design or equivalent (4 years duration after 10+2) not allowed candidates with B.A or b.sc but you can do Mdes in IIT Hyderabad they offer course after completing Master’s degree in Arts / Science / Computer Applications (2 year programme after10+2+3).

Well, that doesnt solve why they allowed students with 3 year graduation degree (10+2+3) like BA and BSc to participate in this year's CEED (2022), why would they do this if no institutes are offering any students with those degree to pursue Mdes?
