see to become a scientist you need to pass your graduation course on relevant disciplines , along with master degree and phd course, since most of the institute like tata institute of fundamental research, CSIR, institute of plasma research like institute hires candidates which good academic record and excellent project work in masters course an phd. however you may apply for iiser bs ms course by appearing in jee main/neet/ kvpy exams.
