If you're looking for entrance examinations for admission to MBBS courses in India then there are only 3 entrance examinations- NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.
NEET is an entrance exam for admission to all government, private colleges in India except AIIMS and JIPMER. AIIMS MBBS exam is for admission to all the AIIMS institutes in India and JIPMER is for both the Jipmer campuses in India. There is no other entrance exam except these three for MBBS.
