What are the constituents of starch

Hello vivek,

Starch are made up of two types of molecules:- Amylose and Amylopectin. It is polymeric carbohydrate consisting glucose units joined by glycosidic bonds . It is generally consist 20% to 30% Amylose and 70% to 80% Amylopectin.
