Hello sandip,

There are several no. of courses other than MBBS or without NEET, a one can pursue.

The courses other than MBBS that one can pursue are -

-BPT ( Bachelor in physiotherapy )

- B.Sc Nursing

- B.Pharma

- B.Sc in various different fields such as biotechnology /microbiology /cardiovascular technology /forensic science /radiology and many more

-B.Sc in Agriculture

- B.Sc in horticulture

Hello Aspirant,

Other than MBBS & BDS, You can go for Ayush courses like BAMS, BHMS etc. if you don't want to go for MBBS & BDS or you can choose other careers option in Life sciences and some of the courses that can be considered for graduation are:

Bachelor courses (B. Sc.) in core Life Science subjects, that include specialization in Zoology, Botany, Geology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biomedical engineering, Genetic.

Bachelor course in Pharmacy (B Pharma)

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Dear Aspirant,

Following courses are some you could try your hands  on if you are not able to get into MBBS:-

BAMS: an Ayurveda traditional healing art in India. BAMS course provides the complete knowledge about 'Ashtanga Ayurveda' along with scientific advances in modern medicine along with extensive practical training.

BDS: It is a graduation course in dental surgery. B.D.S. is an undergraduate course for five and half years duration, of which four and a half years will be for theory, while one year will be for rotatory internship.

BSc- Agriculture:- It is a three/four year graduate course for biology students they can look upto for a career in agriculture related fields.

Other then that you can also do bsc in chemistry, biology, b pharm, d pharm etc.

CBSE has released a list of 113 courses for Candidates to pursue after their 12th in different streams. It has a big list of courses available for Biology students. You can access that at: http://cbse.nic.in/newsite/attach/Compendium%20of%20Courses%20after%20+2.pdf.Details, you have Life Sciences that you can take up like Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology. You can also choose from Paramedical courses like Rehabilitation therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Vascular Technology, Anaesthesia Technology, Laboratory sciences, Pharma, etc. Then you also have Psychology, Languages that  you can learn. Not forgetting to mention Agricultural and Fisheries.
