After M.Sc, the usual next step is your M.Phil or Ph.D where in you pick up a subject for research purposes. But in India, we do not have any relevant courses after M.Sc in Cardiac Care Technology. In countries like the US, they have Cardio Vascular Technology which is a similar course to CCT. But even there, they have Certification courses, Associate Degree and Bachelor's degree. Surprisingly, it is a dead end after M.Sc in CCT. But if you are interested in pursuing a course, you may have to take a detour and do your Ph.D in Medical Technology. Or a Ph.D in any of the Health Care Technologies can be your next step.
