Hello Aspirant,

USICT(University School of Information Communication and Technology) , Delhi  offers  BTECH+MTECH dual degree courses in Computer science ,Information technology and Electronics and Communication engineering.

Last year cutoff for CSE for students outside Delhi opened at around 1300  and closed at around 24000 All India rank in JEE Mains exam whereas the cutoff for IT opened at around 15000 rank and closed at around 30000 ranks ,so around 180 marks will be more than enough for you admission in CSE and IT branch.

Hope this helps.
