What are the dates for tspgecet councessling for tspgecet (213 rank) and NCC candidate? The info given in notification is quite confusing.

The dates for TS PGECET counselling for GATE qualified candidates is commenced from 7th of August till the 9th of August. And as for state ranks of TS PGECET the counselling begins from 8th of August till the 14th of August. The web options will commence from 9th of August as per the latest site conditions notified.
