Dear Vyshnav, NTA has not announced any deletion or change in the change of syllabus. The official website has a link hee which has detailed information regarding the syllabus for NEET 2019. https://ntaexams.co.in/neet-syllabus-2019/
We have been hearing of news that NTA has deleted the syllabus. Its MCI which implements changes to the syllabus. I would always suggest you to go to the official website to confirm any information that you have read or heard rather than listening to Youtube, etc.
