CEG is College of Engineering , Guindy. Anna university has many campuses around Tamilnadu. The campuses in chennai are MIT(Madras Institute of Technology), CEG(College of Engineering) , where GUINDY Campus is the main campus. So, mostly Guindy campus is referred to as Anna University.
