what are the differences between bits pilani , bits goa and bits Hyderabad? is Hyderabad worth it ?

There are no major differences between the Goa, Pilani and the Hyderabad campus, as the degree that you'll be granted at the end of your curriculum will only contain the name "BITS Pilani" as the head of all these campuses is Pilani.
If you want to enjoy a scenic life along with your degree, go for BITS Pilani Goa Campus, and if you want to be closer to industry, go for Hyderabad. While, if you want to enjoy the legacy, go for Pilani campus, as the quality of education is same among all the three. All the best!
