Hello student ,

Machine learning can be divided into three sub category -

Supervised Machine – This is like a case of a student studying in the presence of a teacher. The algorithms make predictions out of the output based on inferences from past experiences.

Unsupervised Machine   – This is like a student studying by themselves or homeschooling. In this case, the information is given to the system is neither classified nor labeled. The system may not give the right output, but it has the freedom to explore.

Semi supervised Machine – This case lies somewhere in between the above two cases. It is similar to a student studying in the presence of a tutor. The tutor may sometimes give inputs (labeled data). But most of the work is done by the student himself .

Hope this will help you !
