Well yes if you are looking for documents required for  NEET ug counseling process  then here i m providing you list of important documents  required for it.

  • Neet admit card


  • NEET result card


  • 10th marks sheet


  • 12th marks sheet


  • 10th passing certificate


  • Intermediate certificate


  • Character certificate


  • Transfer certificate


  • Domicile certificate


  • Category  certificate


  • PH categories certificate  ( if any )


  • Adahar card


  • Birth certificate


  • Photos 8-7 as per the admit card


  • Your  mother  and father's  adahar card xerox copy


  • You west bengal allottement  letter


  • Medical certificate


      • Please note that you have to take zerox copy of all these documents
  • Also these are the documents  which are needed during  the verification  process.
  • After verification  you will get the slip also .

Hello,

You need to bring following documents for verification to get admission in neet colleges in West Bengal-



  • NEET UG 2019 admit card and score card
  • Pass certificate of Class 10 and 10+2
  • Mark sheet of Class 10
  • West Bengal MBBS 2018 provisional seat allotment letter
  • Valid ID proof. (School or College ID card/Voter ID card/Aadhar card/Passport)
  • Medical Certificate from Registered Medical Allopathic Practitioners
  • Verification slip generated during pre-counselling phase.
  • Final verification slip generated after the document verification.
  • Category certificate
  • Orthopaedic Physical Disability Certificate issued by a medical board of IPGMER Kolkata.
