I would like to inform you that apart from the seat allotment letter you will not need any other document at second round of counselling and you dont have to pay 5000 rupees as seat acceptance fee again.

Although i would suggest you to keep all the documents in hand if in case of any absolute urgent requirement.

• Admit card of WBJEE 2019
• WBJEE Result 2019
• WBJEE 2019 Seat Allotment Letter
• Class XII (or equivalent) standard examination mark sheet
• Class X mark sheet
• Class X certificate or admit card
• Receipt of Online Counselling Registration Fee (E-Challan)
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• JEE Main 2019 for candidates who have applied for the 10% quota
• Yes Upgradation or No Upgradation certificate.

You have to pay the seat acceptance fee only ONCE.

As your submitted fees in first round of counselling  Rs 5000 for seat acceptance now you do not need to pay 5000 again for further rounds.

And the fees paid for seat acceptance will be adjusted in your total College fees and now you have to pay the first semester fees in such  a way that this 5000 rupees is adjusted.

Now, in further rounds maybe your college get upgrade according to your choice but you don't need to pay the seat acceptance fees again.
