Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education requires the following documents : online allotment letter of MCC, NEET UG 2022 rank card, Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet or equivalent, transfer certificate, bonafide and character certificate, Caste certificate, copy of Aadhar card, migration certificate, physical fitness certificate. 8 passport size and 8 stamp size photos, three self attested photo copies separate sets of above all documents as per above sequence and Demand Draft of tuition fees.
