For any UG course admission, there are documents which require mainly are:

1. 10th Result Card and 12th Result Card (photocopy+ original)

2. Passport and stamp size photograph

3. Bonafide certificate(original)

4. Migration Certificate (original)

5. Transfer Certificate(original)

6. Admission form

7. Score card, if you have given College entrance examination

8. ST/SC/ PWD/CW certificate(photocopy+ original)

9. Income Certificate(photocopy+ original)
