Document submission at the time of Counseling

The candidate should produce the following documents in original along with two-set of photocopies while reporting for counseling:
1. VITEEE-2019 e-Admit card, Counselling Admit card, and VITEEE Result copy
2. Any age proof certificate
3. Mark sheet of Qualifying Examination (if available) / XII Hall ticket (For Result awaiting candidates)
4. Copy of Aadhar Card
5. Community Certificate (For SC/ST only)
6. Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura)
7. Phase-I Eligible candidates should submit the Demand Draft for Rs. 50,000/- drawn in favor of Vellore Institute of Technology, payable at Vellore.
8. Phase-II Eligible candidates should submit the Demand Draft for Rs. 2,00,000/- drawn in favor of ā€ ˜ Vellore Institute of Technologyā€™, payable at Vellore.
9. Candidates requiring hostel accommodation will have to submit the hostel fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- at the time of counseling by a separate crossed Demand Draft in favor of ā€ ˜ Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore/ respective campus
Note: Candidates without the DD for the above-said amounts will not be permitted to attend counseling

Document submission at the time of Admission

The following documents in original are required to be submitted at the time of Admissions:
1. Provisional Admission letter (photocopy)
2. VITEEE-2019 e-Admit card, Counselling Admit card, and VITEEE Result copy
3. Any age proof certificate
4. Qualifying examination mark statements of all attempts
5. Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
6. Migration Certificate (if issued by the board)
7. Community Certificate (For SC/ST only)
8. Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura)
9. Student Profile (if not submitted at the time of counseling)
10. Recent passport size color photos  4 Nos.
11. Affidavit to be signed separately by Student, Parent, and Hostel on an Rs. 20/- Non-judicial stamp paper. (Format available on VIT website)
12. Certificate of Physical Fitness (Format available of VIT website)
13. 2 sets of photocopies of all original documents (Except Affidavits / Physical Fitness Certificate / Student Profile)
