Ruchita, you will need 10th and 12th marksheets or results, date of birth proof, address proof, caste category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, scanned images of passport size photograph and signature. For id proof, pan card, voter's ID, bank passbook, etc will be accepted.
The size of photograph and signature should be 15-50 kB and 5-20 kB respectively. It should be uploaded in .jpeg format only.
