1. Class 10th Marksheet/Certificate :

7. Disability Certificate (if applicable):

  • Candidates with disabilities (PWD) must provide a disability certificate issued by the competent medical authority.

8. JEE Main Application Number (for candidates applying for JEE Advanced):

  • If you qualify JEE Main and wish to appear for JEE Advanced, you must provide your JEE Main application number.
  • For JEE Advanced, you will need to fill out an additional form along with your documents.

9. Payment Receipt :

  • A scanned copy of the payment receipt or proof of payment for the JEE Main application fee.

10. Other Documents :
