Hi,
Below are documents required for online reporting in NIT :-
-
Photo ID proof as per Govt. of India norms (Copy of Aadhaar Card is compulsory)
-
Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by Competent Authority / X Marks Card as proof of Date of Birth
-
Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
-
Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
-
Migration Certificate from the Head of the Institute last attended
-
Medical Certificate in the format provided.
Both Migration Certificate and Character Certificate are compulsory for reporting.
Important Tips :-
- If the candidate fails to obtain and upload Transfer Certificate, Study & Character certificate and Migration certificate, an undertaking form will be generated during the submission of online application and should be submitted at the time of admission.
- If the candidate is allotted a seat under SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD/EWS category, they must submit the relevant original certificates at the time of admission and failing to do so will lead to the rejection of their admission at NITK. Further the OBC-NCL students must submit an undertaking in this regard.
- The candidate’s admission will be confirmed only on physical reporting to the institute as per the prescribed schedule.
