Provisional seat allotment letter provided during West Bengal MBBS or BDS counselling   7. Pre- counselling phase verification slip  8. Final verification slip generated once the documents of the candidate have been verified  9. Medical Certificate by a registered Allopathic doctor in practice  10. SC/ST/OBC certificate if applicable issued by West Bengal State Authority  11. Orthopedic physical disability certificate if applicable.
