Hi aspirant,
Below is the list of documents required for counseling:
- 12th Marksheet
- 10th Marksheet'
- Transfer and Migration Certificate
- JEE Main rank proof
- Character certificate
- Medical proforma
- Undertaking for anti-ragging
- Passport size photographs
Take the photocopy of all the documents with you just to be on the safer side.

Medical and undertaking from where can i get format

Hi aspirant,
the documents needed are:
- 12th marksheet
- 10th marksheet
- Transfer certificate
- Demand Draft
- Proof of JEE mains rank proof(print out of the result from JEE website)
- character certificate
- Medical certificate
- Undertaking for anti-ragging.
- Take few recent passport size photographs and
- 2 photocopy of all the documents
- photocopy of aadhar card
