Hello Aisha, Following documents are generally needed for issuance of transfer certificate from college:

1) Provisional/Degree certificate of the last course you studied.

2) Current Marksheet or Final Marksheet.

3) CRRI certificate (Central Road Research Institute).

4) Fees statement (proof that you've paid the fees).

5) Adhar card.
