i think you are an aspirant of UPSC examiination.

If you are much passion about UPSC examination.It is better to take the Degree course with a course of 3 years,it is suggestable to join in degree college and take B.sc(maths) in that course .

better apply for the delhi university for the degree you can get seat in university if you have better percentage in 12th

if you want to join in B.tech(engineering) you can choose Bio-technology engineering so you can easily prepare for the exam of the UPSC and also balance the engineering course as well.if you are so capable of study better take CSE(computer science engineering) so you can easliy crack UPSC with the logics involved in that course

Civil Service examination is conducted in 3 levels

1.CSAT

2.Mains exam

3.Personal interview

In mains exam you have to select two optional subjects from these

(Few relatedto engineering are selected here)

*Agriculture

*Mechanical engineering

*Electrical engineering

*Electronics and communication.

These would be useful in both ways

But if you want easy one then go for  the

One in which you are interested .

Every engineering branch is easy of you are interested in it.

Every branch has it own important and level of knowledge  .

I suggest you to do biotechnology Engineering or agricultural engineering ,if you are not interested in common engineering branches .
