WBJEE Board defines the eligibility criteria for candidates and the minimum marks required in the qualifying exam are 45% for general category candidates.To appear for WBJEE 2021, the candidate must be an Indian citizen. There is no upper age limit for appearing in the WBJEE 2021. However, for Marine Engineering Course, the upper age limit is 25 years as on December 31, 2021.WBJEE 2021 is tentatively scheduled for February 2021. However, final exam date will be announced by the authorities on the official website. The exam will be conducted across 22 cities in India. The eligibility criteria may vary for different courses and institutes accepting WBJEE Scores.Candidates from any state are eligible to apply. Admissions will be based on the basis of General Merit Rank in WBJEE through WBJEE counselling. To take admission in Jadavpur University u need to appear in the WBJEE EXAM held every year. Every year the paper is quite easy as compared to the JEE MAINS paper and u don't need to put any extra efforts if u are preparing for JEE MAINS/ADVANCED. Syllabus is exactly similar to JEE MAINS. U can solve its previous year questions to see the marking scheme Nd the pattern in which questions are asked. U have to be very fast with ur calculations and also very accurate. A difference of 2–3 marks brings a lot of difference in the rank.
