what are the engineering in IIT related to Chemistry (B.Tech)
You can go with chemical engineering or engineering in chemistry. Both are different. Also chemical engineering is vast field. You won't regret taking it.
Thankyou
There is BSC chemistry at IIITs which is also 4 year course. Don't confuse with chemistry & chemical engineering . Chemical engineering does not deal with chemistry at all. Chemical engineering is vast branch. Chemical engineering is mostly deal with physics & mathematics. If you think that chemical engineering include only chemistry or lost of the part of chemical engineering deal with chemistry than you are in totally wrong direction. If you are really interested in chemistry than don't go for chemical engineering. BSC chemistry is available at IITs go for it. But if you want vast scope in life and don't want to stuck only with chemistry than you should go for chemical engineering. Chemical engineering open many career path in your life and give you lot of opportunities. Rest depends on you but don't go for chemical engineering if you are really interested in chemistry.
If a you want to make career in Chemical Engineering, you need to crack IIT JEE. Once you clears JEE you will be eligible for the following professional courses in chemical engineering. Those are..
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering
Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
Master of Science in Chemical Engineering
Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering
Integrated five year M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
All the best.
CSIR is best institute for chemical engineering in India where you would have Research oriented education.
