Firstly without fail write the jee main and if you are with any state conduting exam like kcet , eamcet gujcet write which one fall under your state apart from that if you want get any top private university then i suggest to write exam like VITEEE , GITAM ADMISSION TEST,MANIPAL UNIVERSITY, BITSAT,AIEEE those are top colleges in india

The first 3-4 are written by almost everyone and cet should be written compulsorily. You can also get admission in colleges  where only 12th board marks are considered.
