Dear aspirant, with physics,chemistry and biology in 12th you firstly need to study for boards as it requires the eligiblity for minimum 50% marks for ur category students and there are national level exams held mainly for pcb students for ug course and for admission in medical colleges NEET score is must, there is a exam for admission in nursing course by AIIMS as well.
