Although the cut off for qualifying NEET is 40th percentile for OBC (which was 107 in 2017), this definitely does not guarantee a government seat. As per the trend of increasing cut off each year, particularly the jump between 2016 and 2017 rank vs scores, 600+ scores may give you a safe side for government seat through All India Quota. However, your state government colleges (of the state you have domicile of) might have lower cut-offs.
