Dear leaner,
The fellowship usually takes 3 years ,it is a program /project that readies you for war with any sort of disease in pulmonary area and critical care.
They are 3 options in fellowship for pulmonary and critical care
1.pulmonary training program
It takes 24 months with 12 months of clinical training.
2.critical care training
It takes 1 year or genaral internal medicine training that has 6 months atleast , in critical care but it is must .
3.combined pulmonary and critical care
It takes 18 months of clinical training
Like 6 months in critical care
And 6 months in pulmonary
And 6 months in combined .
