In order to understand any prose a poetry the understanding of both the writer and The reader is the most important thing which comes into play. A writer is a person who pens down his idea in the form of of writings in order to get views circulated throughout the world, anda videos is a person who creates an impression of the mindset of The reader without looking nice place or directly talking to him but with the visual imprints of his writings. So, the four levels of an able leader are are good communicator, good anticipator, has a good apathy, and should understand the inherited meaning between the words.
