what are the fundamental rights
Hello,
Fundamental rights are a group of rights that have been authorised by a high degree of protection from intrusion. These rights are specifically identified in a constitution, or have been found under due process of law.
Seven fundamental rights were originally provided by the Constitution – the right to equality, right to freedom, right against exploitation, right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights, right to property and right to constitutional remedies.
Thank you.
