what are the future scopes in electronics and communication engineering?

First decide in which field you have an interest for. If your goal is big and you think you crack exams like PSUs, IES then go for these fields. If you want to work in some company apply in Pinnacle, Adani etc.
Future Scope is very bright if you work hard. In both Private and Public sector there's so many fields you can go for. All have a very good future if you work hard and sincerely.

after completing your B.Tech in electronics and communication , you can work many of the renowned firms like intel , reliance communications , samsung , panasonic, L&T infotech , general electric , bosch , infosys , philips , godrej electricals and electronics , sony , also many government organizations like BSNL, BEL, airports authority of india etc do recruit ECE graduates , for fresher salary may vary INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month or after completing your B.Tech you can go for masters in same .

Telcom Industries
Software Industries
You can get job in can get jobs in avionics and aviation, consumer electronics, manufacturing, electricity plant, , radio & television, transportation, computer application and diagnostic equipment manufacturing organizations .
You can also work in sate or central government organisations.
Also companies like Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Nokia ,Siemens look for these type of candidates.
You might just no more than 4lacs per annum at the start . But it will increase after couple of years.
