You can join job in areas  like :-

1. clinics
2. old age homes
3. hospitals
4. education sector
5. health industry

You have to look for post and go through the selection process. if you satisfy all the requirements then you will get job. you can take exams to get government jobs like UPSC.

Job provider can be government or private organization  so it depends for which organization you are applying for.
