What are the important criterion when choosing the companies for the final placements in B-School?

It is mostly depend from company to company, if they are okay with the overall performance of your resume or Cv then may go for placement.
In B grade school it is never stated clearly that how the crieteria would be for placements.
But my advice is to you to continously update ypur Cv with new skills and gain experience with that.
