As per the IIT JAM Syllabus Physics, there are total 10 main topics and their sub-topics that cover the entire syllabus. These topics are –

- Kinetic theory, Thermodynamics
- Modern Physics
- Solid State Physics, Devices and Electronics

- Simple Oscillators
