Hello Aspirant,
Getting into ISRO in a permanent position is quite the task. You can get apprenticeship there after Btech in Electrical and electronics engineering. There is a position of Scientist/Engineer but it is offered to electronics/civil/mechanical engineering degree holders. JRF is a contract based position that you are eligible for.
