yes, it will be worthy of doing MBA after b.e.because you will get great job opportunities as a MBA holder.but it is suggested that the engineers should have some work experience before doing mba.if you can't find any jobs,then no problem on that you can join mba.
yes, mba graduates will have many jobs than engineers.it will help you to climp the corporate ladder and also to develop your manegerial skils.you'll get a good salary too.
