as a ward of ex service man, there are 33.33% reservation for you in ap neet. speaking about the ranks, you dont need a top rank, as you fall in reservation, a decent rank is atleast expected. there are no previous year cutoff available in internet. so all you can do is apply and wait for results.

based on my assumption, you will need around 500+ marks and 20000 below rank.
