As you tag KCET exam so i have mentioned all documents that you have take for document verification

1. KCET 2021 application form printout

2. Proof of application fee payment

3. KCET 2021 admit card

4. KCET 2021 Rank card

5. Score card of SSLC/10th Standard

6. Score card of 2nd PUC/12th Standard

7. TC of 12 standard

8. Two recent passport size photographs

9. Study Certificate Counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI

Below required documents if applicable i.e

• Income Certificate obtained from Concerned Tahasildar to claim Supernumerary Quota seats

• 1 ^st std to 10 ^th std Kannada Medium Study Certificate counter signed by the Concerned BEO for the candidates claiming Kannada Medium reservation benefits.

• Caste Certificate/ Income Certificate obtained from the concerned Tahasildar, for the candidates claiming Reservation benefits.

• Parent’s study certificate / Parent’s Hometown certificate / Parent’s Domicile certificate / Parent’s Employment certificate / Parent’s Cumulative Record / Parent’s Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile / study / employment of the parent.
