Yes.

There are high chances for you to secure BDS seat in goverment medical college.

Rest it will also depend upon the cutoff, number of student passed the exams and for sure upon your rank In State.

I think it's NEET 2018.

Alright, so 460 is a very high score (Many Many Congratulations!) and you have a very high chance of getting an MBBS seat.

But still it depends on the state you belong to. It's very difficult if you belong to Rajasthan, Delhi or Kerala (and others states with high cutoff) You will still get an MBBS seat in Private medical colleges.
