Kindly clarify your query so we can help you. If you are asking about becoming a Collector or District Magistrate (DM), you will have to clear the IAS examination conducted by UPSC.
If you are in class 12th, complete your graduation first and prepare for the UPSC exam. You can also appear for State Public Service Commission exams.
